Richard Jones, Dip Surv MRICS
Richard Jones is a Chartered Surveyor with
widespread experience in commercial and residential
valuation of all types of property for a variety of
purposes and numerous clients including secured
lending, portfolios and pension funds, development
appraisals, projects and monitoring, together with
extensive experience and knowledge of operational
property management and building maintenance and
refurbishment. He was most recently Director of
Commercial Surveying for a national firm of
Chartered Surveyors, having been with them for close
to five and a half years. Previous to this, Richard
was responsible for the management of several large
commercial portfolios and was involved in numerous
new build and redevelopment projects of both
residential and commercial properties throughout
England & Wales, particularly Central London
schemes.
